The rare inscribed signature cut of President James A. Garfield cut from his handwritten letter (5 X 2). As the 20th President of the United States, Garfield was the only sitting member of the U.S. House of Representatives to be elected to the Presidency, serving in Office until he was assassinated, passing away from his wounds on September 19, 1881. Framed 9.5 X 11.5. Very good condition. Comes with a James Spence Authentication (JSA) Letter of Authenticity and a Gotta Have Rock and Roll Certificate of Authenticity.
