An incredible piece of Pink Floyd memorabilia, this is Richard Wright’s personal microphone that he frequently brought around with him as well as using it to record some of his first solo album “Wet Dreams”. “Wet Dreams” was Wright’s first studio album released in 1978. Wright recorded the album in Super Bear Studios in France. Wright was a frequent visitor of France and actually had his own studio in Nice. Wright gave this microphone to Franka Wright, Wright’s second ex-wife. Wright first met Franka in 1981 and instantly fell in love. They were married from 1984 and sadly divorced in 1994. Very good condition. Comes with a letter of provenance from Franka Wright and a Gotta Have Rock and Roll Certificate of Authenticity.
