Jimi Hendrix owned and worn elaborately embroidered vest. From the personal collection of renowned booking agent and promotional manager Irwin Pate. For over four decades he promoted talent all over the United States and internationally. During his career he and his wife Clarine obtained a large collection of personal clothing and articles belonging to numerous entertainers. In good vintage condition, the front shows more wear than the back which is beautifully embroidered. Comes with a letter of provenance from the late Irwin Pate's wife, Clarine Pate, on Pate Booking Agency letterhead and a Gotta Have Rock and Roll Certificate of Authenticity.
