Legendary pitcher and Hall of Famer, Tom Seaver signed this baseball. Seaver was one of the greatest pitchers of his generation. He was a 12x All-Star, 1x World Series champion, 3x NL Cy Young Award winner, NL Rookie of the Year, 3x NL Wins leader, 3x NL ERA leader, 5x NL Strikeouts leader and he pitched one no hitter. Seaver played a vital role in the Mets' 1969 World Series Championship. In 1992, Seaver was inducted into the baseball Hall of Fame with the highest percentage of votes ever at the time. He ranks sixth all time in strikeouts. In 2019, the Mets renamed 126th Street in front of Citi Field to Seaver Way indicating just how influential of a figure Seaver was for the ball club.
