Presented is a theatre program from the World Premiere of the 1942 film, “The Pride of the Yankees,” starring Gary Cooper as Lou Gehrig. Babe Ruth & Mrs. Ruth attended the film premier on July 15th, 1942. Incredibly, this item was signed during the premier. When the fan saw Ruth, he ripped the program page out, and got a beautiful signature on top in black pen. It is non-existent to see this item signed by Ruth, but even more remarkable is the fact you can date the signature. The program measures 5.5 x 8.5. Very good condition. Comes with a (JSA) Letter of Authenticity and a Gotta Have Rock & Roll™ Certificate of Authenticity.
