The Almendares were one of the most distinguished baseball teams in the old Cuban league which existed from 1878 to 1961. The Scorpions as they were known are pictured in this photograph for their championship winning 1948 - 1949 season. Comes with Gotta Have Rock & Roll™ Certificate of Authenticity.
