Beyoncé "Formation World Tour" Riddell custom San Francisco 49ers football helmet created for promotion of the tour. Riddell custom made only 10 of these football helmets for promotion of Beyoncé's tour. The helmet bears Beyoncé's name on the front, the Formation World Tour on the side towards the back, the San Francisco 49ers "SF" logo on one side and Levi's Stadium on the other side. This item was originally obtained from Richard Clark, with 10% of the sale benefiting the American Diabetes Association. Clark obtained the helmet from Riddell who created the helmet on 11-25-2015 with a corresponding Riddell certification number. Mr. Rick Clark has also confirmed that only 10 of these helmets were made by Riddell and Riddell verified its authenticity to him. Comes with a letter of authenticity from Richard Clark and a Gotta Have Rock & Roll™ Certificate of Authenticity.
