Elton John’s stunning gold lamé stage jumpsuit was custom made for him by the famous Nudie’s Rodeo Tailor in North Hollywood, California for Elton’s 1973-1974 “Goodbye Yellow Brick Road Tour”. A label sewn inside the suit is typed, “Elton John – 5-22-73”. A truly fantastic performance costume created for one of Elton’s most memorable concert tours. The outfit even smells like Elton John! Accompanying the costume is a photograph of Elton wearing a very similar costume. Comes with the original catalog from the Profiles In History auction in which it was sold and a Gotta Have Rock & Roll™ Certificate of Authenticity.
