Original felt pennant for the July 4th,1923 Heavyweight Championship fight between Jack Dempsey and Tommy Gibbons in Shelby, Montana. Dempsey would retain his Championship with a 15 round unanimous decision. Very Good condition. Pennant measures 22 inches in length and is framed to measure 30.5 x 18.5. Originally sold at Christie's and bears the sticker from the sale. Very good condition. Comes with a Gotta Have Rock & Roll® Certificate of Authenticity.
