Second generation photograph of the 1860 Brooklyn Excelsiors featuring one of the few images known of baseball’s first superstar Jim Creighton. Creighton famously injured himself hitting a home run in 1862, causing internal bleeding and his death four days later. Photograph measures 9 x 6 and is framed and matted to measure 17 x 15. Very good condition. Comes with a Gotta Have Rock & Roll® Certificate of Authenticity.
