Madonna wore this Alberta Ferretti floral dress in Cosmopolitan's 50th Anniversary Issue, May 2015. The dress was custom-made for Madonna to wear on the occasion of her cover story. The dress is made up of a patchwork of different macramé with handcrafted cutwork of chiffon and organza petals and flowers all around its hem with a 3D effect. Lined with chiffon. Comes with a letter of authenticity from Italian fashion house Ferretti, AEFFE S.p.A., a copy of the magazine in which she appeared wearing the dress, and a Gotta Have Rock & Roll™ Certificate of Authenticity.
