From the personal collection of Bob Dylan, these are Dylan's handwritten and signed lyrics to his iconic song "Mr. Tambourine Man". Dylan has beautifully handwritten the lyrics in black ink, titling them and then signing "Bob Dylan 2009"at the bottom of this 8.5 x 11 official letterhead from the Ritz-Carlton Hotel in New York City. "Mr. Tambourine Man," written and composed by Dylan, was originally released on his 1965 album "Bringing It All Back Home," and is considered to be one of Dylan's most important songs. The song has since been performed and recorded by many artists, most importantly The Byrds ,whose version, released as their first single, reached number one. Both recorded versions, Dylan's and the Byrds, have garnered awards from the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame. Very good condition. Comes with a letter of authenticity on Dylan's office letterhead signed by his manager and a Gotta Have Rock & Roll™ Certificate of Authenticity.
