John Lennon and Neil Aspinall have signed this 1968 "Dear Prudence" memorandum of agreement in black felt tip marker (Lennon) and black ink (Aspinall). This is a supplement agreement to the original one dated February 11, 1965 for "Dear Prudence" regarding payment of royalties and copyright. Two pages, back to back, measuring 8 x 13. Very good condition. Comes with a Gotta Have Rock & Roll™ Certificate of Authenticity.
