Clark Gable has beautifully signed and inscribed this 1939 edition of "Gone With the Wind" on the front flyleaf, "To Dorothy My best wishes for your happiness Always (Rhett) Gable." This copy of Margaret Mitchell's classic book was published by MacMillan & Co., Ltd., London, 1939 - the same year the hugely acclaimed MGM film was released starring Clark Gable as Rhett Butler and Vivien Leigh as Scarlett O'Hara. The book, measuring 9 x 6 x 2 is in good condition is good with some wear including covers broken at the gutters, green cloth covers and spine ends worn at the edges. The contents are in very good condition. Comes with a Gotta Have Rock & Roll™ Certificate of Authenticity.
