Madonna's personal call sheet for Woody Allen's film "Shadows and Fog" in which she appeared in as "Maria". The call sheet came from the personal collection of Madonna's long-time personal assistant Melissa Crow. The sheet is dated Thurs, Jan. 17, 1991, for "Day #40" of shooting, location Kaufman Astoria Studios (where the entire movie was filmed). It lists Woody Allen as the director, with the cast list including Mia Farrow, John Malkovich, Madonna and more. Measures 8.5 x 14. Very good condition. Comes with a letter of provenance and a Gotta Have Rock & Roll™ Certificate of Authenticity.
