Patti Smith Group drummer Jay Dee Daugherty has handwritten his personal biographical answers to a typed questionnaire in black felt tip pen on two back to back pages of 8 x 10.5 lined paper (a total of four pages). Daugherty has been nominated twice to the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame for his work with the Patti Smith Group. The pages have yellowed slightly with age, otherwise very good condition. Accompanied by the original typed questionnaire measuring 8.5 x 11. Comes with a Gotta Have Rock & Roll™ Certificate of Authenticity.
