From the Ohio KISS Museum. These dramatic KISS black feather and sequin long gloves were custom made by KISS costume designer Maria Contessa expressly for Paul Stanley to wear on stage. Each armband has her label Contessa Studios, New York attached inside, and one armband is also signed on the inside by Contessa in white ink. The armbands are embellished with sequin stars and with additional sequins attached at the top and incredible black and green iridescent peacock-style feathers. The sleeves are approximately 16" in length, each, and the feathers measure approximately 9" in length. The sleeves are in excellent condition and are accompanied by Maria's hand-drawn sketch of one glove, with her handwritten inscription next to it, "Feather & Rhine Stone Gloves for Paul" and her signature with the date "2015" below it, in pencil. The signed and inscribed sketch measures approximately 7.5 x 9.5 and is matted and framed to measure approximately 11 x 14.25. Comes with a Gotta Have Rock & Roll® Certificate of Authenticity.
