Hall of Fame umpire, Jocko Conlan signed this baseball. Conlan had a brief playing career as an outfielder for the Chicago White Sox; however, he is most known for his umpiring ability. He umpired for 5 World Series and 6 All-Star games. He was the last umpire to wear chest protective gear on the outside instead of the inside. Good condition.
