Jimi Hendrix's personally owned and used brown leather saddle-style bag with copper buckles from the Mike Quashie Jimi Hendrix Collection. Matthew "Michael" Quashie was known as the Limbo King and was an early champion of the young Hendrix, often letting him crash at his Bedford St. apartment in Greenwich Village, New York City, which became known as “Jimi’s Hideaway” after Hendrix’s death. Jimi gave Quashie the bag when he was staying at the Bedford St. apartment. It is believed that it was Quashi who influenced Hendrix's "voo-doo" and fire aspects of his persona. Very good condition. Comes with a letter from Mike Quashie and a Gotta Have Rock & Roll™ Certificate of Authenticity.
