Elvis Presley owned and stage worn gold diamond cluster ring. Elvis gifted this ring to his close friend Charlie Hodge in the 1970's. Charlie first met Elvis when Charlie was with the Foggy Mountain River boys, and they met again when Elvis was in the U.S. Army going to Germany. Elvis and Charlie were close friends and Charlie lived at Graceland in a basement apartment that Elvis had made for him, until Elvis passed away in 1977. Charlie was also Elvis' stage director and sang harmony on stage with him, and handed him his stage scarves. Charlie also helped Elvis with his set list for the shows and appeared as an extra in many of his films. Very good condition. Elvis is pictured here wearing this ring, or one virtually identical to it, while performing on stage in his Tiger jumpsuit. The ring bears the 14kt gold on the inside. This stunning ring comes with a letter from Charlie Hodge and a Gotta Have Rock & Roll Certificate of Authenticity.
