This death mask was used in Alice Cooper's music video "Welcome to My Nightmare". Cooper signed the mask in the forehead area in black felt tip marker, and it resides in an open, ornate frame. Also includes Alice Cooper signed "Welcome to My Nightmare" 10 x 14 original concert program. Very good, music video worn prop condition. Comes with a Gotta Have Rock & Roll Certificate of Authenticity.
