A vintage 1960's oversize original photograph of civil rights activist Reverend Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. This rare double-weight, large-format photograph measuring 9 X 13, stamped on the verso from “Transworld Feature Syndicate” pictures a large portrait of King; one of the most widely revered figures in American history and certainly one of the nation's most beloved heroes. Winner of a Nobel Peace Prize, King was posthumously awarded the Presidential Medal of Freedom (1977) and the congressional Gold Medal (2004). Very good condition.
