26th President of the United States Theodore Roosevelt signed this cut dated February 28, 1905, using a black pen. Roosevelt served as President from 1901 to 1909, and this cut was signed at the beginning of his second term on a White House note card. Roosevelt rose to political prominence during the Spanish-American War, and as President he won the 1906 Nobel Peace Prize for mediating an end to the Russo-Japanese War. Good condition.
