Recently deceased Associate Justice of the Supreme Court Ruth Bader Ginsburg signed this light, white 6 X 4 cardboard panel decorated with a philatelic printing by the U.S. Treasury Department in compliment to the Centenary International Exhibition celebrating the 100th Anniversary of United States Postage Stamps. Nominated to the United States Supreme Court by President Bill Clinton in 1993, Ginsburg became the first Jewish woman and the second woman to ever serve on the Court. Signed in black ink. Excellent condition. Comes with a James Spence Authentication (JSA) Letter of Authenticity and a Gotta Have Rock and Roll Certificate of Authenticity.
