This is a vintage 80s era signature of Waters, with Waters adding the inscription “Best Wishes”. The album is a UK 1973 Press. Vinyl Included. Very good condition. Comes with a Floyd Authentic Letter of Authenticity and a Gotta Have Rock and Roll Certificate of Authenticity.
