Neil Simon has typed a letter to Mrs. Dorothy C. Florin reading “Thank you so much for your letter. I am slow in answering but the new play came first. I enjoyed reading the quickest life story' I ever read in three and a half pages but I think I know you well now. As for East Tenth Street, I’m ashamed to say I can’t remember the number either but it was between Fifth Avenue. and University Place, closer to University on the south side of the street. I miss it a lot, but life you must admit, insists on moving on”. The lot comes with the original envelope and an 8 X 10 signed black and white photograph. The letter measures 5 x 7.
