Madonna wore this self-designed white dress at her "M by Madonna" H&M launch party in London on March 13, 2007. This dress was bought as part of a collection of costumes worn by Madonna. The collection was acquired from a London based stylist who did some work over the years with Madonna's stylist Arianne Philips. The stylist requested that her name be kept private and did not provide any paperwork to accompany the costumes in the collection. Very good condition. Accompanied by photos of Madonna wearing the dress at the party and a Gotta Have Rock and Roll Certificate of Authenticity.
