Cliff Bennett & The Rebel Rousers were the first London band to be signed by The Beatles' manager, Brian Epstein. This is an original, over-sized concert poster for their show at the New Matrix in Coventry, England. The poster announces the concert for the date of March 27, and what appears to be 1966. At the bottom the poster features the Merseybeats performing at the venue on April 3. The poster was photographed inside a plastic cover, the white tape that appears in the photograph is on the plastic cover not actually on the poster. This black and white poster is comprised of a thin paper material, measuring 40 x 30. The poster shows wear, with creasing and tears, some of which have been repaired from the back with tape, and a few holes. Comes with a Gotta Have Rock & Roll™ Certificate of Authenticity.
