Very good condition. This beautiful ruffled top and matching fishtail skirt was directly obtained from Whitney Houston's management and comes with a letter of provenance from the person who obtained them. Also comes with photos of Whitney wearing the outfit and and a Gotta Have Rock & Roll™ Certificate of Authenticity.
