Gregg Allman rare handwritten, signed and dated (2000) letter regarding his grandfather. We have rarely seen a full handwritten letter by Allman, and this letter is a very personal look into his heart as he writes about the influence his grandfather had in his life, as he father had left him at a very young age. Written on his personal stationery in black ink, Allman wrote the letter to a fan in response to the question "Who Was Your Hero." Measures 8.5 x 11. Very good condition.
