This Tupac Shakur bail agreement was signed by Tupac on October 3, 1995 while he was incarcerated at Clinton Prison. The agreement sets the terms of his release on bail between the record labels and his company Out Da Gutta Records (ODG). The three page agreement with attachment of Atlantic Records Guarantor refers to Out Da Gutta Records, Tupac Shakur, Interscope Records and Atlantic Recording Corp. The agreement states that "Interscope and Atlantic agree to make the financial commitments necessary to effectuate Shakur's release on bail in consideration for Shakur's and ODG Records' agreement.....". The money would be reimbursed from Shakur's income. Measures 8.5 x 11. Very good condition. From the personal collection of a very close friend of Tupac's, who was considered part of their family, the set list comes with a letter of provenance from this individual. Also comes with a Gotta Have Rock & Roll™ Certificate of Authenticity.
