Madonna hand wrote this account about her personal head injury when she fell and "split" the back of her head open in black ink of two pages of white note paper. Madonna had apparently fallen and suffered a bad injury to her head, at home, or on a movie set or concert stage. She subsequently wrote down notes so she could remember exactly what happened, perhaps for an injury claim she was to file. Originally from the personal collection of her long-time assistant Melissa Crow. Very good condition. Comes with a letter of provenance and a Gotta Have Rock & Roll™ Certificate of Authenticity.
