Madonna wore this black leather hat on the November 1992 cover of Italian Vogue Magazine. The hat was custom made by designer Carla Behrle, who does custom work for Angelina Jolie, Bono and Alicia Keys. Behrle sent this hat to be used by Vogue for their Italian edition. The hat comes with a photo of Madonna wearing the hat on the cover of Italian Vogue, a letter of provenance from the person who obtained the hat from Carla Behrle, a certificate of authenticity and a Gotta Have Rock & Roll™ Certificate of Authenticity.
