This is Elvis Presley's "Girl Happy" screen worn red velour top with front zipper. The top bears the MGM and Sy Devore labels. Very good condition. The top is accompanied by a letter of provenance from Presley's long time friend Charlie Hodge who also appeared in many movies with Elvis and sang harmony with him in his live concerts. Hodge helped write the song "You'll Be Gone" along with Red West, and Hodge stated that Elvis liked the shirt a lot and wore it quite often. Also comes with photos from the film showing Elvis wearing this exact shirt, or one virtually identical as he used more than one of the same shirt during filming as well as a Gotta Have Rock & Roll® Certificate of Authenticity.
