Excellent set of Tupac Shakur handwritten working lyrics for the first and second full verses of the track "Niggaz Nature", each written on a separate 8 1/2" x 11" sheet of notebook paper, and signed by him in the text. The lyrics presented here are almost the same as those of the final recorded version, with a few slight differences. Verse one reads, in part: "No need 2 cry now go wipe ya tearz be a woman/Why u asking surprised u saw the shit comin/Fake hair fake nailz fake eyez too/So u bound 2 fuck with fake guyz too/Ain't nothin hard about it why u looking sad should've thought about it/Say u learned I truly doubt it..." The second verse reads, in part: "probably 2 nice at first/I let u kiss me where it hurts/Me & u gettin busy slingin dick n the dirt/Met u at pool party it was cool 2 kick it/C us tongue kissin u was truly with it/Little ecstasy Hennesy mixed with me/Picture me paying for pussy when my dick is for free...". Shakur writes his stage name "Makaveli" in line fourteen of the second verse, in part: "... Label me Makaveli thug nigga with pipe/Live life like a rock star's Friday night..." The title of the track appears at the top of the first page. The track was released on Shakur's posthumous 2001 album "Until the End of Time". Folds, minor soiling, else very good. With an original signed letter of provenance (which has been notarized with others) from the recipient of the lyrics who was given them directly by Tupac in 1995. The two had met while both were recording at Can-Am Studio in Tarzana. They soon became friends, and on one particular occasion, Tupac gave his friend and fellow rapper a group of his working lyrics as a gift. Very good condition. Comes with a Gotta Have Rock & Roll Certificate of Authenticity.
