RuPaul wore this Mathu and Zaidy designed costume on the cover of the "Supermodel Of The World" album. The piece was donated to the Fashion Café by RuPaul and became part of their permanent collection starting in October, 1996. Accompanied by a photo of RuPaul wearing the costume on the album cover and a letter of provenance from the Fashion Cafe on their letterhead.This is the first time that items from this collection have been offered to the public in more than 15 years. Also comes with a Gotta Have Rock & Roll™ Certificate of Authenticity.
