Theodor S. Geisel has signed this typed letter on his official Dr. Seuss blue letterhead, "Dr. Seuss" in black felt tip pen. The letter, dated July 25, 1975, refers to him being anxious in getting "this matter cleared up" and has been stamped "RECEIVED A.S.C.A.P. JULY 28 1975 ROYALTY DEPT." in red ink. The letter, measuring 7 x 10.25, was folded in three and shows some light wear, including a tear on the upper left corner.
