LeRoy Neiman's signed-hand drawn artwork "XVIIIth Century Nudes after Boucher and Fragonard." Incredible, unique, one-of-a-kind artwork. Neiman has signed and dated the piece (1980) in the lower right corner and has inscribed it throughout.
