John Lennon signed signature page (page 28) from a 51 page document which officially ends the managerial relationship that ABKCO (Allen Klein) had with Apple Corps Limited (The Beatles), which began in May, 1969. Dated January 8, 1977, this documents spells out the terms of termination between the two parties, with multiple issues addressed, and monetary compensation defined. John Lennon has signed in the appropriate space very nicely in black felt tip pen, as "Director" of Apple. Allen Klein has signed twice in black ballpoint pen as "Vice Pres" of ABKCO. There are two additional Apple "Director" signatures as well as that of a notary. This document is an extraordinary items, and is a key piece of history that provides valuable insight into The Beatles business dealings and finances. Measures 8.5 x 14. Very good condition. Comes with a letter from Beatles handwriting expert Frank Caiazzo fully determining the authenticity of Lennon's signature and the document itself.
