This beautiful original 5 x7 photograph of rock icon Jimi Hendrix was taken during a performance at Hunter College in New York City circa 1968. Widely considered to be the greatest electric guitarist in music history, Hendrix is seen here playing his guitar with his teeth. Also note the first of three of the Gibson Flying V guitars Hendrix was known to own and use. The guitar leaning against the amp appears to be his first Flying V, originally black, but painted psychedelic by Hendrix himself. Very good condition.
