Hall of Famer and MLB Legend Henry “Hank” Greenberg signed this paper with a black pen. The autograph is framed with a photo of the baseball icon. Greenberg — nicknamed “Hammerin’ Hank” and “The Hebrew Hammer” — was first baseman for the Detroit Tigers in the 1930s and 40s. He is considered one of the league’s greatest sluggers of all-time, winning 2 AL MVPs and leading the AL in Home Runs in four different seasons while helping the Tigers win 2 World Series during his career. Greenberg was also the first Jewish American sports star, and was one of the few opposing players to openly welcome Jackie Robinson when he broke the color barrier. Measures 11 x 14. Good condition.
