Governor Franklin D. Roosevelt has boldly signed this State of New York Executive Mansion signature card in black fountain pen (4.5 X 3). Beautifully framed in an ornate frame with an original sketch of Roosevelt signed by the artist. After his one term as Governor Roosevelt was elected the 32nd President of the United States beginning his first of four terms in 1933. Roosevelt is one of the most important historical figures for the first half of the 20th century. Roosevelt helped navigate the United states through the Great Depression, World War II and his social security program. Framed 18 X 27. Excellent condition.
