Carrie Underwood signed her stage worn UCF (University of Central Florida) commemorative basketball jersey on the back in black sharpie pen. Carrie's name "Underwood" is on the back and she has signed below it on the white number "1". Carrie wore this actual jersey on stage when she performed in concert in 2008 and she subsequently signed the jersey and then donated it to her charity, the C.A.T.S. Foundation of Checotah, Oklahoma to raise funds for animal, town and school projects. A very rare picture of Carrie wearing this exact jersey has been attached to the listing. This picture is incredibly rare and dates all the way back to 2008, when people were not using their camera phones as much as they do now, so it is extremely lucky to have such a clear picture of Carrie wearing this jersey. In excellent condition, the jersey is accompanied by a certificate of authenticity from the C.A.T.S. Foundation that is signed by Carrie Underwood as well as a letter of provenance, and a Gotta Have Rock & Roll™ Certificate of Authenticity.
