Offered here is Bon Jovi lead guitarist and co-songwriter, the great Richie Sambora, owned and stage used custom Fender 1996 Ice Blue "Eric Clapton" model electric guitar with serial number RS14. The guitar is a Clapton body and electronics with Richie's preferred thinner neck profile with Clapton signature on headstock. Richie signed the guitar to the current owner who received it straight from Richie through Norman Harris/Norm's Rare Guitars, and it comes with Richie's guitar strap that was still attached to the guitar. Richie first used the guitar when he received it the last two legs of the Bon Jovi "Undiscovered Sould Tour" and he used it on the Crush Tour (you can watch him playing it on the official Bon Jovi Crush Tour concert video on Keep the Faith and Next 100 Years, and in tons of YouTube videos from the tour. He also played it on other appearances including the VH1 All-Star Garage Band. According to the current owner, this was one of Richie's favorite guitars and was played a lot as is evidenced by the neck lacquer wear on both the frong and back of the neck, and Richie cited this guitar as one of the best sounding guitars that Fender has made for him. In addition to the original hard travel case, guitar strap, and photographs of Richie with the guitar, also comes with a detailed description from the owner and a Gotta Have Rock and Roll Certificate of Authenticity.
