An incredible surviving archive from the Topps production of the much heralded 1975 Topps baseball card set. This is a group of twelve uncut sheets of 66 cards each. Two of the sheets are stamped in the bottom margin “PROOF DEC 23, 1974,” presenting the finished product of the card fronts of the depicted 66 cards from the set, which include the Checklist card 529-660; cards of Tony Perez, Rich Gossage, Lou Brock and the popular rookie cards of Jim Rice, Gary Carter and Keith Hernandez to name a few. The remaining ten sheets are color separation proof sheets of the same 66 cards, offering insight into the great technical process and detail that goes into producing a baseball card set. Each sheet is blank back and measures 29 X 23. The ten color sep sheets are held together by staples in the left border. Good to very good condition. Comes with a Gotta Have Rock and Roll Certificate of Authenticity.
